MatterWave is set up to commercialize R&D at IIT Bombay that is led by the team comprising its co-founders and senior scientific advisor.
This includes semiconductor products and their alloys for communication, sensing and power management applications that are differentiated by design and process innovation; and spans novel materials to heterogeneous integration.
The initial technology thrust here has been on nitride semiconductor based RF devices and systems – looking not only at the traditional power amplifier application, but also low-noise amplifiers, and the integration of rugged computing.
